2017 Petit Verdot – Columbia Valley

$38.00

2017 Petit Verdot ($38) CELLAR CLUB ONLY French for “little sour one” this grape used typically for blending has earned a name for itself and by request of our crew and club we’d been able to obtain enough fruit to add it as a single varietal in our lineup. On the nose, toasted marshmallow reminiscent of campfires, boysenberry, plum, and vanilla point to this wine’s time in American Oak. The structured tannins lend to a progression of enjoyment over time starting now an aged in the cellar. Pairs well with a hearty Bolognese, beef stew, or lamb. Detailed tasting notes in process.
