2017 Cabernet Sauvignon – Columbia Valley

Description

2017 Cabernet Sauvignon  ($38)  Rich dark color, aromas jump out at you.  Caramel, maple bar, cedar, oak, black pepper, caramel, cherry cola, blackberry, black cherry.  More red fruit on the nose, more black fruit on the palate.  Still young, a bit green, on the front palate.  However a very smooth finish for this young,  acid and tannin well balanced.

100% single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 80% new French oak, 20% neutral oak
