2018 Malbec ($36) – [New Release] Typical Résolu deep purple Malbec. A little black currant along with butterscotch cream and fresh-cut cedar on the nose. As it has time to breathe and open black pepper notes more evident. Full body in the mouth, earthy, woody tones, very balanced with pleasant acidity and a gentle finish. Lingers in the mouth after swallowing with white pepper at the end. Through 2021 will benefit from decanting 30 minutes before enjoying. Cellar for a few years for a more spectacular wine.
